Each capsule contains (12 mg EPA) and (7 mg DHA) in a mostly free fatty acid form. The extraction process yields over 30 fatty acids in mostly free fatty acid form, including EPA and DHA, that are easier for the body to absorb and process, making it as effective as ten standard fish oil capsules at reducing inflammation.Each capsule consists of 150mg of the proprietary blend.
