Q: Have been using this was for a week, my acne has gotten worse, dose it cause purging, if so, for how long? If not

I didn’t personally experience this problem. Make sure you’re taking makeup off with a makeup remover before cleansing because I know it doesn’t take makeup off well on its own.

Not really; I didn't like any of the Derma-E products.

They've made another consumer for life. This facial wash never overdries, a mild scent only and cleans really well. I use it after my oil-based cleanser and it leaves my skin so plump. Highly recommended for combination skin
