After two years of toaster frustration, I've finally found a winner in the Zwilling Enfinigy Cool Touch Toaster. In the past two years alone, I've purchased a Black+Decker ($40) and a Cuisinart ($80), both of which promised even toasting. Both failed miserably.The Black+Decker was a complete hit-or-miss, burning one side while leaving the other pale. The Cuisinart, while slightly better, was still inconsistent, and definitely not worth the doubled price tag. I was ready to give up on the perfect slice of toast.Then, I decided to take a chance on the Zwilling Enfinigy. I was hesitant given the price point, but the reviews were promising, and I was desperate. And let me tell you, it delivered!The Zwilling toasts perfectly, every single time. I've used it for everything from thin slices of sourdough to thick bagels, and the results are consistently golden brown and evenly toasted. No more burnt edges or soggy middles!What I particularly appreciate is the simplicity of the design. The single knob adjustment makes it incredibly easy to dial in the perfect level of toastiness. No complicated settings or confusing buttons. This toaster is one of the best quality small appliance, a great purchase! It toasts perfectly, the bagel setting out performs any toaster I have ever used. It is aesthetically pleasing on the counter, the pop up function is super quiet and operates so smoothly. The appliance feels sturdy and high level of quality is evident as are most products this manufacturer produces. Highly recommend.

I bake artesian sourdough and was excited to find a long toaster that would toast one slice all at one time (current toaster is a process of turning the slice over). I read the reviews and most described the toaster as toasting evenly; a wonderful product. But a few of the reviews mentioned that the toaster burns the ends and the middle not toasted at all. That was the toasting the toaster I received produced. Gave it the ol' college try and even tried to toast a slice upside. Nope, same result. I was sad to have to return this beautiful, well intentioned toaster. I hope the manufacturer will improve their mfg. process to insure all of the toasters work as intended.

I never thought I would spend so much on a toaster, but after going through several others that didn't make the cut I decided to spend a bit more and get something that might last longer and do a better job. This is a very nice looking appliance (important if you intend to keep it on the counter all the time). It's very easy to clean. I like the way each pair of toaster slots can work independently of the other. It works well with slices of bread It toasts evenly and the settings work as intended. It does not toast things like English muffins or bagels thoroughly enough to make them crispy even when turned to the highest setting and using the bagel mode. It also takes awhile compared to others I have used.

Works great. Best toaster I have had including ninja xl toaster oven and Breville toaster previously. I am learning the settings quickly but it toasts evenly on both sides, the pop up feature when done keeps me from having to use bamboo tweezers to pull the toasted/warmed/defrosted item out of the toaster when done. I have done two halves of frozen Belgian Waffles I make on the warm cycle and artisan bread just now. It is the most uniform coverage toaster I have ever had. not overly complex but it works like a gem. All I want. Best in my long life as toasters go...by far.

Excellent !! We like toasting all kinds of bread and this one accommodates most of them. And will automatically cook 4 slices of 5 inch wide bread or Two 10 inch pieces. It looks like you can lay it on its side to warm up a little spread too, but we have not done that yet. (Just be careful to go lightly with spread and intensity.)(. You will like it

This might get a higher review once the problem is resolved. Will update as to how they handle a problem. Used once, and the toast turned out evenly toasted on both sides. I know that sounds strange to be excited about, but many toasters don't do that! It is not as stainless steel as is pictured. It is more like silver. It's unobtrusive on the counter, which is fine, but if looking to match stainless steel appliances, it is not the same material or color. The problem. is the crumb tray won't stick. It pops out and stays out. For an expensive toaster, and it being just out of the box, I am frustrated I have to return it right away to get it fixed (buy a new one.) Why is this an issue on such an expensive and well-rated item? I have to now pack up, find a box (for I threw away the large shipping box.) And then have to wait for the credit to buy again. Not a great experience for a brand new product. Not making me happy.
