I love the setting of a submarine. The fact that it is about real challenges (and failures) makes it balanced. The author does not claim he could have done this just anywhere: he clearly explains how the setting allowed him to experiment. The book provides a good example of many management practices from other (management) books and how they can be applied in real situations.

Gives a complete new view on leadership. Great instructions how to achieve it and hands-on examples.
