This book was recommended to my husband by his doctor and it helped him overcome his perfectionism years ago. Our son is now having some issues with perfectionism so I just got this for him to read. It is full of practical suggestions that can actually help.

I am enjoying this book, and sharing with friends and relatives. I think any of us that have a tendency to want perfection, OR live with someone who demands it, will greatly benefit from reading and applying some of the knowledge put forth here.

This is one of my favorite books. Read it 10+ years ago and it really helped me to reconsider how I approached my work as well as other people. The exercises get you to dig into real situations and, if you do,them, you will experience a real shift. Afraid I would be compromising my values of doing good work and being responsible, I learned that I don't have to sacrifice quality if I relax and adjust my expectations. This Is the best book I've read on the topic.

Did not know what it was all about until I started reading this book. But I will tell you if you strive to do things perfectly all the time, this is one book for you I got a tremendous amount out of this book. It is absolutely wonderful I highly recommend this book to all.

This book is a must-read...it changed my life and I read and reread it often.
