You get what you expect looking at the product description and pictures. Its sturdy and well-finished and you can easily do bench presses and other workouts involving heavy weights without worrying about it breaking off. Its a neat and compact unit. I leave in an apartment where space is a constraint . It has soon doubled up as additional dining chair as it can easily be tucked underneath it.

Great stable design and material. Buy it.

The stand (legs) are quite sturdy and durable. Powder coated paint. It doesn't wobble. But the bench is made up of some cheap mdf or cardboard type material. It is covered with a thin artificial leather like cover. The board can withstand pressure downwards because of the support from the stand. You can do bench press easily, but if you try to do leg raises by holding the board above your shoulder it will break. Overall an OK-ish bench. You can't expect too much in this price.
