Quick Observations:Bought 2 Keter Unity XL prep stations and did not want to leave them exposed to the elements so I bought 2 of these covers.Shipping was quick, but availability is a hit or miss since they go out of stock quickly. One has to keep an eye out for it.It fits perfectly and looks great once the wrinkles from packaging smooth out. Cover has air vents on the sides as well as handles to help lift the cover off the keter table. The air vents themselves are covered. In a moderate rainfall, it kept the Table dry. Haven't tested it in a major thunderstorm yet to determine if it prevents water from getting through.The cover has drawstring on the side to tighten the cover from coming off in heavy wind.Pros:Perfect fit for a Keter Unity XL Prep Station.Very well made, no loose threads.Exterior material is 600 denier polyester woven fabric. Thick but not heavy.Stitching is double stitched with no signs of loose threads.Cover drapes over table up to 1-2 inches from floor (which is good not to obstruct the wheels or get dirty touching the floor)Has side handles on each side to help lift the cover off the Keter Table.Cover has drawstrings to tighten the cover to void it flying away in heavy winds, but due to the height and length I doubt it will fly away.Tiny beige brand label on the side that isn't overly large or in front of cover like in other covers.Time-Dependent Pros-Cons:Interior material is 100% waterproof. (so far it does seems to be in moderate rain, but no heavy rains lately to test if it is in heavy rain)Supposedly UV-resistant, but only time will tell. Usually all covers fade in direct sunlight.Cons:Description states 1AA battery required. (Why and for what? It's a cover, not an electric blanket.)Availability is a hit or miss. Most of the time it is out of stock. But once in, get it because it will be out of stock before you know it.Bottom Line:Highly recommended if you have a Keter Unity XL Prep table or for any table that is about the same size dimensions of the Keter.Possible Fading and or Waterproofness in heavy rains may lower the rating in the future, but for now it is a solid 5 out of 5.

I bought two KL tables at same time. Fit what was perfect. After 2 years it became brittle and very easily tore and popping holes. I wish there had been better UV protection in it.

Perfect fit

I ordered a cover for extra protection. The cover arrived and fit like a glove. It is well-made. It is fairly easy to take on and off, and the fabric is easy enough to fold and stuff in a deck box to keep out of sight when the cart is being used. It appears to be a great value.
