Perfect for Rising 11th Grader
My daughter is really excited to get an early start in preparation for her Honors Chemistry course. She's already read the first four chapters and is doing great answering the Summary questions. The book is well organized, the chapters are moderate length with challenging questions.

8th Grade Homeschool Review:As a parent and homeschool educator, I've been using a set of books for 8th-grade homeschooling, and I'd like to share my thoughts. These books have proven to be a valuable resource in our homeschool journey. They provide a solid foundation for various subjects, covering a wide range of topics essential for 8th-grade students. What I appreciate most about these books is their comprehensive approach. They offer a well-structured curriculum that allows students to delve into subjects such as mathematics, science, literature, and history. The content is clear, and the exercises and activities help reinforce the learning process. However, it's worth noting that while these books are fantastic as guides, they might not provide all the answers. As with any educational materials, there may be moments when students need additional support or clarification. In such cases, we've found supplemental videos and other educational resources to be incredibly helpful. The combination of these books and supplementary materials has been the key to a well-rounded education.Subnote:This review is intended to serve as a general overview for all the books I'm currently using for 8th-grade homeschooling. If any of the books stand out, either for their exceptional quality or shortcomings, I will provide a more detailed review for that specific book. It's all about ensuring that our homeschooling experience is as enriching as possible.

The most elementary chemistry book
This is a chemistry book written for students, whose minds are in transition from a children mind to an adult mind. It covers most of the topics from elementary chemistry courses but at more conceptual and descriptive level. This is a divulgative book

My daughter loves it!!!
I was pleasantly surprised to see my daughter pick up this book, and start reading it, even though school year didn't start yet. I was aleayy suffocating her with tons of other (fiction/nonfiction) books, but she just passes them, unopened. When I was buying this book at the start of her middle school, I thought chemistry would be relatively new subject for her and that she should have it, just in case. But as I mentioned it above, she was reading it until she fell asleep with the book in her hands. She asked me even to pack it for school so she could read it between classes :)We're also buying other books in this series (biology, math, physics). In this book you'll find material divided into 12 units. Ot is written in diary style, with colorful titles, boxed texts, underlined what's important, cute drawings and illustrations, etc.I highly recommend you try this book!
