I have used this brand before with no problems and will continue to do so. Excellent value for money for what you are getting here at 45 days worth. All necessary items for good health and I decided to try being an older woman. The calcium and vitamin d were therefore essential for me. A decent size but not hard to swallow. I think you just get used to it. Always take as instructed on the bottle but if in doubt take with food to minimise indigestion. If you really can't manage 2 pills, just take one, it's better than nothing. No taste really, to talk of which makes taking much easier. A good investment, like a multivitamin, for your future health.

I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting from these. I think I was sort of hoping that they would help to decrease my joint pain (I have osteoarthritis) as opposed to just acting as a mineral and vitamin supplement. I suppose to analyse if they had any positive effect, other than decreasing joint pain I would have needed to have something like blood vitamin levels and bone scans taken beforehand, but I didn't, so I don't actually know if there was any positive benefit in that respect. Maybe continuing the capsules after this inital course would have shown results? I can't answer that one either, because due to the fact that I didn't actually feel anything going on in my body by the end of them, I didn't get them again.That's not to say that nobody at all would be without positive effects or feel any sort of improvement. This is only my experience and opinion. If you're reading this and wonder if they are for you, I would say give them a try. You might feel that you get some sort of benefit with them and want to use them regularly.

A good mix of vitamins for a booster. I like the vitamin D that is included and am happy to take that as well as my normal vitamin D. We don't get enough sunshine across the winter to give us our vitamin D and a boost of vitamins is going to be good for all especially at this time.I love the flat bottles these come in, they fit in the cupboard better.Highly recommended

These are a great combination of vitamins essential for bone health, all wrapped up in two tablets a day, so as purchased it’s a 45 day course. This is the second lot of vitamins I be had from xSpan Labs and I find their capsules really easy to swallow, even though they are on the larger side. I’m also gluten and lactose intolerant and I’m pleased to say I have had no reaction from taking these, though it is important to note that they are manufactured in an environment that also handles nuts, seeds, milk, egg, cereals, soya, mustard, celery, fish, crustaceans and sulphites, so if you have a severe allergy to any of these these may not be for you due to the small likelihood of cross contamination.At around 31p a day these may seem a bit on the expensive side, but when you consider all the vitamins and minerals packed into each 2 tablet serving they represent great value for money and reduces the number of tablets you have to take every day, making it nice and easy. As someone who has a family history of osteoporosis, these are an ideal solution to contribute to the management of my long-term bone health. Recommended.
