If you want to get a comparable dose to Thorne you would need to increase the Methyl B Complete to 3 capsules per day (since Thorne's serving is 3 capsules). If you took 3 Methyl B Complete capsules the big difference would be the amount of Folate received - which is double that of Thorne (6mg vs. 3mg). Additionally, we use Quatrefolic, a superior branded folate and less fillers. qexf, The veggie caps are translucent, and the supplement inside is an orange/yellow in color. It's the Riboflavin (as riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium) that the orange/yellow color is coming from.
