These lentils are a refreshing change from typical green lentils. They hold up extremely well when cooked and don't get mushy. Black lentils are a great item to add flavor, texture and interest to stews, curries or as a side dish.

Black Beluga lentils are very hard to find. These are good quality and delivered quickly. Just wish they were a bit more affordable.
