I struggled with shampoo and conditioner being from TX and our hard water problem. These were a game changer for me.

Great shampoo and conditioner if you have hard water, I have hard water and even though I have a softener this shampoo helps take buildup out of the hair. It also smell great.

A couple of years back, areas of my white hair turned orange. A hairdresser asked me if I’d tried to dye it but I had t. She then asked me if I have hard water - yes, I do! The iron in the water was changing the color of my hair! In addition to installing a shower filter in my rental home, I started using this shampoo and have had no problems since then. It cleans very well. I do think it’s a little drying, though. I’ve been a return customer for this shampoo for years now.

I’ve just used this product on my hair. I’ve also bought a filtering shower head and rinsed my hair, so with that combination (filtered water and the product), I had confidence that I would see great results. Instead my hair is even more tangled than ever. It doesn’t seem to even hold to the moisturizer. My hair feels brittle and very damaged after using the product. I hope and pray that my hair can be restored. I’m am sadly disappointed with my results to say the very least.

I have well water and was concerned that it was damaging my hair and my hair smelled funny after washing it. I researched and found Malibu. It smells amazing and seemed to make hair feel really soft. The only problem is that I was using it every time I was washing my hair.....so basically twice a week. When I went to my hairdresser, she said this is a no-no. The shampoo is fine to use but only once a month because while its purpose is to strip the build up of the minerals in my well water, it is also stripping everything else in my hair. I would recommend this shampoo and conditioner but not for daily or even weekly use, only monthly. It does smell amazing.

This shampoo and conditioner work great for hard water. It leaves my hair soft and feeling clean. Other reviews are right when they talk about leaking during shipping. This product is too expensive to waste in transit. Need to find a way to stop the loss.

Once received, sone shampoo and conditioner was spilled out. Please make sure you tighten the tops better.
