I have mixed with glass of water and doesn't have any added sugars.Nature's velvet collagen cost is reasonable.No bad smell and taste also ok.

I've been using this collagen powder for about two months, and I’m starting to notice subtle but positive changes. My joints feel less stiff, especially after workouts, and my skin looks slightly more hydrated. However, the results aren't instant—it takes consistent use over weeks to see improvements.The powder dissolves well in my morning coffee without altering the taste, which is a big plus. The packaging is convenient.

-I normally use Vital Proteins collagen peptide powder, but it is cost prohibitive while I’m in India. I normally just put a scoop of the powder into my morning tea. The Vital Proteins brand dissolves immediately and has no taste at all, I only know it’s in the cup because the tea is a little bit thicker . This brand does not like to dissolve (it eventually does) and it has a slight taste. I know it’s in there, but I’ll drink it anyway because I need it. Oh well. It's the best I've found here.
