Poor Sound Quality
Not as much as Expected ...the keyboard works well, but the sound quality is bad. There are two speakers on the left and right, one of which is not working,possibly a dummy speaker,but it's still fine for the kids .If your are looking for good sound quality one, look For other brands.

Very Good Product
It's working very well than expected. Sound quality is good, Mic is also working fine. It doesnt come with batteries. Product is light weight, easy for kids to carry but at the same time prone to damage.
