Perfect for proofing my sourdough. Great size and very durable also it’s is clear allowing to monitor the progress. The lid fits perfectly, easy to clean. Definitely will purchase more in the future.

This is the second one we bought (we gave the first one away to the grandkids). Easy to make bread, let it rise in this container, and can store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Take out a piece before dinner and make fresh bread. Although I would not recommend the dishwasher, we did run it through once with no ill effects. NOTE: for bread rising purposes you need to drill a small hole (say 3/16") or use an awl to puncture the lid for venting purposes (very easy, could use tip of knife or scissor). Does it's job well. The grandkids like it. Makes it easy to make bread in 20 minutes (after it's risen of course). Flour/dough sticks a bit but you can clean easily with hot water.

I purchased this tub for bread making. It works well for that and so much more in the kitchen. I use it for marinating meat or brining chickens. I put it in my dishwasher, so I don't have to worry about bacteria. One of my better purchases from Amazon.

High quality, the markers are super helpful.Update: I love it so much a bought a second one. I can’t find anything like this at a better price.

Nice and big

The container is well made , restaurant quality plastic. I use it for the dough and batter proofing for baking and for fermented dough steam cake and dumplings. It light weight and easy to carry with the 2 side handles and the lid seals well.

Great for bulk fermentation of dough, which is what I use it for. I oil the inside very lightly and it works well. Sturdy, easy to clean. I'm short, so it's a little hard to do stretch and folds on the countertop so I stand on a stool to do that!

This is a very well made canisters, I store my bisquit flour and holds more than 5lbs
