A must buy!! Have been consuming it regularly for few a week now. It has helped improve my sleep and now i do not wakeup in middle of the night due to stress. It relieves my migraine. Really like the flavour and is better than consuming magnesium tablets which distresses my tummy. Will recommend to try especially for those who have disturbed sleep cycle and migraine.

These tablets use magnesium oxide as their source for magnesium. Its bioavailability is very less, meaning body absorbs very less amount.Also it has maltodextrin. A useless carbohydrates. I was consuming these tablets since March and had continuous bloating. Only after stopping these tablets did the bloating subside.
