Great bit of kit
Fantastic bit of kit, great value for money, good quality product,

Good item but delivery could be better
It arrived a couple of days later than promised and was a bit awkwardly packed. However, I did get it in time before my trip after messaging the seller. Communication with them was good and very quick. The telescopic window cleaner rod is of a fairly good quality, and it is light and seems sturdy. Fully extended 3 telescopic segments locked very firmly and the rod does not bend much. As stated it is not for professionals but for occasional gentle use to clean the first floor windows for what I bought it for, is really very good and greatly priced tool. Recommended.

Cleaner looks good but not used yet
We have not used ther cleaner yet as it was damaged in transit and no fault of the supplier.

Buy cheap buy twice
When one finally arrived to replace the 2 that didn’t the product was found to be cheap and of an inferior quality.Straight in the bin and lessons learnt.I wouldn’t recommend this ‘tat’ to anyone.

Great product
Just what I wanted, a great versatile product with a telescopic pole that does not need parts being screwed together. 4 stars due to the squeegy having the feeling of a little bit flimsy. Time will tell.

Shame about choice of courier
The delivery of this product was a joke. Evri initially claimed it would be delivered on the 15th October. They then claimed to had tried to deliver it to me on 2 separate occasions. This was not true! I tried to query this with Evri. They fobbed me off and diverted me to a web site where they ask for bank details? SCAM??On the positive side the product looks ok and as advertised
