Follow directions and not too difficult to install.
The product came as described and in excellent condition. Once I installed the web strap and braces (would be nice if someone held a couple of the braces in place while you tightened the strap), the rest of the install was fairly easy. In my case I added two extenders to each of the back corners (exhaust side) and three to each of the front corners. You will need to decide how much to angle the extenders in each corner in order to establish the correct spacing between corners (which holes of the extenders the poles will be put into) - this was easier to do than write about. Next install the 4 fibergrass poles as directed in the manual. The cover slides easily over the setup. I liked the entire process very much. When finished, you can leave the strap and corner braces attached for next time and just store the cover, poles, and extenders. Note: Each set of extenders can stay together, just disconnect each as a unit at each corner brace.Better Note: There is a good youtube video on how to do this from Champion or at their website.

Fighting the Storm
Listen, this thing is a beast. Although much easier to set up with two people, all the hype about how difficult it is on initial set up is exaggerated. It has been through two severe storms so far, and the inverter didn't see a drop of it. It held up like nothing happened at all.One negative: why so dang pricy?

Covers the generator as advertised.
Assembly pretty easy. Instructions are a little quirky. Basically just look at the pictures on the Amazon page.

Lifesaver
This has been a lifesaver for our generator. When you spend that much on a generator, it is great to protect it with this canopy. It is well worth the money.

Very complicated
We ordered this and then did not use. It has lots of peices and seemed very hard to assemble. We eneded up just making a cover to put over ours. The quality seemed ok but to me not worth the effort to put together.

Exhausting
This is exhausting to put together. Wish there was something easier to put up. Ugh

Wrong Size
This item was to small to fit over my new Champion 8500 Watt Inverter it was wide enough but not long enough from end to end fit it was about 4 inches to short.
