Before ordering I messaged to ask what the battery health would be like and was assured that it will not be less than 85% which is very fair considering the phone was listed as “Excellent” condition.Over the next few days I had noticed the price had been discounted by around £30 cheaper and decided to purchase it.When I received the phone I was shocked to find the phone in absolutely mint condition - it looked brand new with no scratches or marks whatsoever, it even had what looked like the original cellophane wrap!!As an added bonus a brand new charger cable and a high quality screen protector was also included.After setting up the phone the settings revealed the battery health is at 95%….amazing!!I’ve been using the phone nearly a week now and have had no issues at all - I’m even writing out this review on it atm.I recommend this seller 100% (Sandox Ltd / New Fone House) and would definitely buy from them again 😊

Ordered an Excellent Condition IPhone XS Max from Clover Mobiles. Received before the stated delivery time, in literally 24hrs. Packaged safely with thick foam, sim removal tool, charging cable and plug.Upon checking the phone, battery was 100% and model number also showed that it had never been refurbished or repaired? So essentially a brand new phone. No marks, scuffs or anything, to screen,body, back of phone or otherwise. Thoroughly pleased, and at an awesome price for an OLED IPhone model. Thank you!!! A+++++UPDATE DEC 2023:Phone has continuously overheated, glitched, and frozen. Call Quality is also terrible with callers telling me they cannot hear me, and the phone also randomly ending calls for no reason.The phone gets ridiculously hot when charging, and it’s also affected the battery health as a result.I feel this was renewed by replacing the battery and it’s a bad quality one.Returned for refund as unusable.

iPhone XS Max. Got upgraded next day delivery so delivery time was A*. The phone works perfectly fine. Beautiful phone. There are marks on the top side corner of the phone and the bottoms side corner but nothing major. Hidden with phone case (bought separately) that covers the edge anyways. The screen is perfect and the back looks perfect too. Amazing value for money. Cheapest and most reliable place I found to buy this phone.

When I received my phone it had no cracks, no scratches, no dents nothing! It looks like a brand new iPhone as you would get from Apple. It works like a brand new phone would. The camera quality is amazing and it’s so clear I love it. The battery life is on 82% which isn’t too bad for a renewed phone.overall it works like new thank you! I love it!!!

Would highly recommend this company, phone arrived a day earlier than expected and when I opened the box it looked brand new. Everything work as it should and the battery life is over 90% I am more than happy with this phone and I will buy from this company again when the need arises

The condition of the phone was nearly impeccable with no visible scratches on the screen the side of the phone or the rear glass. The battery health 98%, again nearly perfect. Really good price too, comparing with others in the market. It came with an iPhone box, a charger but without lighting headphones. I highly recommend it, given the value for money and the condition of the phone. Also arrived very timely, which matter a lot, as I had no phone while waiting for this one.

Battery life isn’t that good on the health setting it says 83% only which worries me a little and battery doesn’t last that long. The phone skin is good it’s just the battery life is a problem? Is there anything way you can fix the battery life?
