It works!
Losing weight has been the hardest thing for me. I have pretty much gone all natural, and my weight fluctuates. It’s a great oil
MCT oil is the best oil , it’s in coconut oil too . It good for your body and it helps y weight loss . These seed oil companies use are very bad for you. But it saves them money cause they are cheap.

Energy booster!
I have noticed I have more energy and much more regular bowel movements using this oil. I add it to my morning coffee and it has a pleasant slight nutty taste to me. Really happy with it! Hubby is getting the same results!
