I had been looking for a good multivitamin for a while now and decided to give Nature's Velvet a try. I had already used Nature's Velvet's Coenzyme Q-10 so I was pretty sure of the quality.After taking this multivitamin i feel more active whole day.I usually take it after breakfast.IMO the smell of the capsules need to looked into. They smell horrible.
