Just want what l was looking for ! I am so loving this product !!! I will recommend to everyone

Whenever I pair these headphones with a phone (I've tried multuple) I get very loud popping and crackling noises which are usually louder than the music I'm playing and it's very painful to my ears. I have tried every troubleshooting suggestion I have found online and nothing works. From searching online it also seems that this is a common problem with Plantronics headphones and the pairing system is simply faulty. They work perfectly well when paired with my macbook, but I can't use these when travelling because the crackling is loud enough to hurt my ears. Really fed up with these and looking for a new pair from a different brand.Also the noise canceling is fine, not great. The volume control on the headphones is pretty awkward.

I had these in my basket for almost six months when I bought them from the John Lewis Sale for very attractive price being an audiophile I can't resist but to write a review, these are actually perfect A No C, excellent comfort and very intuitive controls on both sides of the cans, I have Sennhizer,2, high end Sony but these blew me away immediately, I could get excellent audio quality with very comfortable Bass, pleasent vocals and highs are Crispy along with excellent battery life, I charged once in for the two weeks of use, about 6-10houts daily and battery is still medium to highHighly recommend, Buy with confidenceDr faheem Khan
