Good sturdy machine,I need to make small banners on my Roland BN20 and was worried about cheaper eyelet machines not being good enough,but I can tell after just a few uses this wont break easily and should suit my needs,I got the 12mm dye which itself seems to be of a good quality,great customer service too.
