Appears as well made as honeywell sequencer. It works like it's supposed to. Time will tell.
Arrived on time. Easy replacement, wire for wire. Took picture beforehand just in case. Furnace wiring diagrams can be confusing. 4 switches, (fan, and 3 heating elements) plus 24v for thermostat actuation.

This was bought as a standby. I haven’t used it yet but it’s made exactly like the one it’s replacing. The quality looks very good.

Fixed the problem
The problem I was having is that the furnace would not shut off. I had a two fold problem that the thermostat was sticking on and the sequencer was stuck on. I replaced the thermostat and that fixed the problem for about 3 days and walked into the house and it was over 88 degrees. Decided to replace the sequencer. The sequencer was a straight forward installation. I just replaced, wire for wire, and turned the furnace back on. It worked just fine. Broke open the old sequencer and found that contacts M3-M4 were burned in half and causing the problem.This is too early to tell if the sequencer will last, but so far the price beats out a service call and marked up parts.
