The first time used it stopped working an locked up while still showing full battery. Top Mobility has said twice to send parts an yet never recieved. Now in process of seeing what to do about returning this product. Very aggravated with Top Mobility service and this product not being dependable

This unit is fast and comfortable riding. Very easy to load and unload from a van. The major negative is the unit is unstable while executing a turn at faster than normal speeds. It has a tendency to flip over when executing a really tight turn at a fast speed which takes you by surprise the first couple of times it happens. Then you learn to turn at a very slow speed.

We have had it for 3 days and so far it has met our expectations. It is lightweight and easy to fold. Battery seems to be the heaviest to carry.

I like mine but I bought an extra Lithium battery , it didnt last very long ! I believe the regular batteries are better ! Still use mine everytime I go to a casino or on a trip were there will be alot of walking !

This is a good product, but you cannot get anyone to help you if you have a problem. When I charged the battery, the battery as well as the charger go so hot, I could hardly touch it. The battery casing actually swelled, and is now deformed. I cannot get any help on this, or get any questions answered. I bought it from American Mobility Specialist, who do not respond to e-mails or phone calls. Tzora was of no help either. Avoid Tzora products. There are other manufacturers of mobility scooters that may be better in responding to issues with their products. I can't imagine their being worse.

My mom loves it! We load it together in the car, we take it shopping with us! It goes fast!! Which she likes!

I bought mine in 2017 and its been great. It really comes in handy when I go shopping, and places I normally would have to walk for a couple hrs. It cam with 2 batteries, cover, 2 baskets and other accessories. I keep it in my trunk.

THIS IS THE BEST FOR ME.NOT ONLY FOLDS UP BUT DETACHES INTO TWO LIGHTWEIGHT SECTIONS AS WELL.I AM CONSTANTLY STOPPED TO ASK WHERE I FOUND THAT COOL SCOOTER.BATTERY LAST FOREVER IT SEEMS WITH THE LITHIUM UPGRADE AND TONS OF FUN TOO.BEST INVESTMENT IN A LONG TIME.OH AND DID I SAY FUN TOO?
