the item quantity is mis leading. It says twin pack therefore i expected 4 locks when i ordered 2 packs. Not so i got 2 fasteners. Then read more details quantity per pack 1 item. Well i can't be both learnt the hard way. Delivery looks over a week not 48 hours. Don't know if this is the retailer or post as it was in 48 pack but i can't see when it was posted. Did fit the same holes as the old original one though thankfully.

It was just what I needed. Easy to install and great value for money. Mine broke two years ago and I wasn't able to find a replacement that would fit the frame of my window anywhere, drilling to install a different heavier model would damage the old sash, I used bubble wrap and strings to hold the window and suffered a dreadful inconvenience, as soon as I received this fastener I screwed it on and what a relief my room is silent and warm now at a bargain price. I will purchase more soon.

Useable items which look ok and are reasonable value for money. However, the ball-housing is a bit fragile, so treat with care when opening and locking.

2 packs and 2 broke on first use. Cheap material and badly designed. While Tightening up the lock , the ball snapped a small metal clasp. Popping out and making it useless I messaged the seller twice and still have had no response

I had them since march 2017 and they both became loos.When I try to make it tight around the ball itself it went a part and the actual holders got twisted and broken of.
