It's exactly what you want it to be
Many things sold online aren't quite what you imagined they'd be when you ordered them. This isn't one of those. It's durable, easy to use, and attractive to look at. It comes with a solid stand that holds it on the shelf or stable over your coffee cup. In use the water flows through it at a proper speed, and it's really easy to clean. If you need an easy way to make pour-over coffee at home, get yourself this, a grinder, some coffee beans and your favorite mug and you're there.

Works well
Nice filter, easy to clean.A bit smaller than I anticipated, but it works well. The little rubber gripper for the handle doesn't want to stay on and the metal can be a bit warm if it's not in place.... but I manage and I'm happy with my choice.***UPDATE***3/12/18This filter seems to be clogged with sediment and is taking much time to brew a cup. I think this filter is double walled and the sediment is trapped in between with no way to clean it out. Shortly after purchasing this filter I had already decided it was too small and wished I had purchased a larger one. Sadly I'm going to toss it and have purchased a ceramic cone filter that seems to be working more to my favor.

Great!
Performs quite well. Seems to be well made and good quality, especially at this price. We grind rather fine, but it's been easy to rinse grounds out of this double-mesh filter. Washing (to remove coffee oil residue) is easier than expected as well.Fits GREAT inside the brew basket of the Breville Precision Brewer. (Don’t need the Breville pour-over adapter, since the frame for this filter rests nicely on the floor of the large stainless basket that comes with the brewer.)Very pleased! And the coffee is delicious!!

It Does Work
My Father-In-Law refuses to learn how to use the drop-in pod coffee maker; won't even contemplate a French Press; and will instead use Instant Coffee with boiled water which is 3x as expensive as grounds; and we have huge canisters of grounds that i don't want to go rancid- that he won't use because he can't figure out that you can use a brew-through machine with only a single cup at a time either; no matter how many times I have tried to show him the myriad of ways we have in this house to make coffee. I didn't want a pour-over single cup maker that needed a paper filter because when we run out of things, despite that i make all the lists and keep an inventory going- no one tells me when we run out of those sort of essentials- so i needed a device that was simple and had no need of replacement anything.Well this little cone is nicely made and has a nice little stand; and after some experimenting- i think it is going to do the trick! Here is my method:1. Place the cone into the cup2. Add 1 heaping scoop of grinds (1 to 2 TBSP depending on how dark you like it)3. Pour boiling water over the grounds slowly until the cup is filled to your liking- letting the grinds sit in the water for about 3 - 5 minutes4. Stir the grounds in the cone in the cup gently and slowly lift the cone out, letting the last bit of coffee drip out5. Place the cone into the stand on a small plate to continue draining6. Enjoy Coffee to taste7. Tamp out the used grounds and gently hand wash the cone inside and out. This method is better than just pouring the coffee thru the cone on the stand into the cup- which makes a moderately weak brew. The in-cup method above gives the real brew-through taste one gets with a large pot of coffee but in a single cup.The cone washes so so clean with a wee bit of soap and water. It looks very handsome in it's stand on the counter, not quite gold or bronze or brass; but a beautiful rich warm shade which just makes you want to have cup after cup of coffee. I am quite happy with it; and if it goes down well in my household- maybe we will get rid of the drop-in pod machine for good. (we use reuseable filters with that too; but again; the water and grounds just don't have long enough contact to get the rich, steeped, developed flavor of coffee)

I use this regularly
You can either use this in a chemex type brewer or as a pour over directly over your mug. Very happy with it

Works well, clean it as you wash your hands
Great idea and filtration. Keeps the oils that coffee connoisseurs look for (i don't know if it makes a real difference or not) that get captured by a paper filter.Looks great and easy to clean. Minor scale does build, esp if you use hard water, just soak with a little vinegar once a month.

Excellent
I bought this for my son who has a hard time using the Keurig reusable pods without spilling coffee grounds and ending up with a bunch of sludge in the bottom of his cup. He places it on his cup and puts it under the spout of the Keurig. He LOVES this filter. It catches everything that used to end up in the bottom of the cup. I've tried it myself and it cleans with a quick rinse and does not alter the taste of the coffee. We've used daily for the past month and it hasn't discolored at all.

Water splashes on pouring
The mesh on this filter is not fine enough - when pouring hot water from a kettle, the water goes through the mesh easily and gets my counter all wet. Disappointed - the last filter in this style did not have this problem. Returning.

Klein aber hochwertig
Mir gefällt der Filter sehr gut, er sieht sehr edel aus und fühlt sich qualitativ hochwertig an. Habe ihn jedoch noch nicht selber ausprobiert, da er ein Geschenk ist.
