I have around 6 Oranda Gold fishes..After introducing new fishes into the tank I noticed lices and anchor worms on the fishes. In a few days almost all my fishes were infected.. I had been having a tough time with my monster tank (600L) had finally got it in balance when I think due to a money plant I added, my aquarium became infested with anchor worms. When you read about it it seems rather scary. Anyway I was looking for safe options only. On first day I added 60ml to 600L (I wanted to reduce the water to 300L but due to some issues I couldn't so ended up treating the entire amount). The fish I have are 15 black skirt tetra, 1 black Moor, 3 fantail gold fish, 2 liohead gold fish, 3 neon glow tetra, 1 gourami and 1 pleco.It's only day 2 right now but the worms on the fish have turned white and I can see some particles floating in the aquarium! Fish are all safe! Again due to certain reasons I couldn't empty bio media from filter. Hope it hasn't got affected but trust me this is THE ONLY MEDICINE THAT WORKS FOR ANCHOR WORMS.

This product really works, in 1 week the red spots healed, and in 2 weeks all the anchor worms had fallen off. No harm to fishes during treatment, no need to pull out the anchor worms. Really good.

I recently purchased some glofish for my 13 gallon tank from a reputed shop in Chennai. I noticed bumps on one of the new fishes. The shop owner said that it’s just hurt. After few weeks one of my old fish started getting bumps all over it’s body and next day I realised they were not hurt bumps but anchor worms.I tried Aqarium salt, garlic, mela fix but nothing worked and I lost one fish. I was sceptical to use this product because I didn’t know whether I could use it for small fishes in a planted tank. The anchor worm had affected the entire tank including the Siamese algae eaters. At that point I didn’t care about losing my plants so I treated the entire tank. I dosed 3.5ml-5ml every two days with water changes. After 10 days all my plants and fishes survived and to my surprise even the pond snails weren’t harmed by the medication.

This medicine is worth every penny spent. If your fish are suffering from Lice problem then buy it without a second thought. Though the medicine is for other worms too, i havn't tested for them.For several days my fishes were suffering literally with lice problem. The local service guy from nearby aquarium took all sort of steps like changing water, changing the whole sand and toys and manually removing lice from fishes but nothing worked. Everytime the lice were back in 1-2 days. Many of my fishes died and the new ones i added got infected too. Reading the reviews, i thought to give it a GO. And voila, i hit the bulls eye. It was costly at Rs.700 which i got at 15% discount at amazon pay offer but i am telling you it was worth every penny spent. Infact i have used only 2 times i.e. (4+4 ml) based on my tank capacity and it has cleared every single lice. Manual removing of lice also caused scratchs on their body and i could see the fishes in pain but no more.So guys if you love your fish and they are suffering with lice problem, don't think twice. I could see new worms appearing ,after treating for 5 days ,with suggested dosage, works to some extent

Doesn’t work and very expensive.. not even 1 anchor worm is dead.. waste product. Waste of money

My 60g community tank got infested with anchor worm. I recognized when my angelfish and molly got affected initially. I treated tank with paracidol + temperature raise and my angel recovered, however molly couldn't. Hence separated molly in hospital tank and started treating her with salt bath followed paracidol. As surgery cannot be performed on smaller fishes, that option was not feasible. I observed a very slow improvement in molly's health. Meanwhile red spots started occurring on my other healthy fishes which later started converting into anchor worms.I understood, its time to treat whole tank. Removed all plants, gravels, cleaned filters and found this medicine online. Reviews were quite good hence thought of giving a shot.This medicine is really affective and did removed all red spots and anchor worms form fishes, However it took 3 complete doses at 3-5days interval of time for my fishes to recover. Side affects are: my tinfoil, koi and angel fins colors got faded out and they were kind of lethargic. Water was white cloudy which I am assuming is due to presence of dimilin as one of its ingredient (Dimilin is proven medicine for anchor worm but not readily available in India).Now this medicine is in list of quarantine medicines for new incoming fishes. I would recommend this product as I didn't lost any of my fishes due to this infestation. My fishes are happy now with all there tankmates and are slowly recovering there fin colors.
