Perfect entry level chair. Must have for someone with budget constraints. Height adjustable armrests is a plus. Feels comfortable.

The chair is good, though the packing is a serious issue my package was totally damaged, and I suspected that some smaller parts must be missing but fortunately everything was there, at least whatever was needed to assemble, there was no packing list, which could have helped in verification of the contents. Assembling was easy but required lot of guessing as there was no manual or assembly instruction sheet. Chair is good, but arm rests are wobbly.

Extremely disappointed with the service, delivery and quality check of the product. The box was just dropped into the house as if it were some supplies. The nuts and bolts don’t fit. Their finish is very crude and pathetic. They have not even bothered to call up post delivery. Have initiated a return and yet to hear from them. Over all a nightmarish experience...

Having worked from home for 10 months now, my recliner was becoming less and less desirable for my spine as my daily work base. Since I already had a study table I stole from my daughter, I just needed a chair. The one I had did not allow comfortable typing or arm rests or provide adequate back support. Hence began the search for something to address this "need".After reviewing countless options online and even visiting nearby stores, finalized the Featherlite Contact Project medium back chair. Delivery was indicated to happen in 4 days, but it came the very next day. Assembly was a breeze with the pictures even showing how you could use the box it came in to finish the mounting. This was useful as the chair is heavy and propping it up on the box while you finish assembly was a big help. But it does require some strength to do.Once assembled, I was delighted with how silent and smooth the wheels were when I moved around. No more scraping the floor each time I got up. The arm rests did elevate to a higher position and it helped my typing a great deal. Comfort is as is to be expected from a chair of this price bracket. It does not have as much back support as that is not a part of this model's features - there are other models that do include this.All in all, it was a value for money buy under 6K and I only think why did I not do this before?
