STAY AWAY FROM THIS! this product is not just bad, but it will also damage your other equipment. I bought this from my tripod and once I screwed it in the top part just broke and got stuck in my camera! And the bottom part is stuck on my $200 tripod! I can’t unscrew it from it and can’t use it! Just wtf

This screw adapter was super helpful for using a cheaper tripod head on my more professional build tripod. My original head broke and I couldn't figure out why it seemed like all the newer heads had small screw openings (the one I had was obviously a large one). It's funny that I googled this issue and couldn't find a solution until I went down an Amazon rabbit hole looking for this very product. This screw locks into place well, no wobbling, and I would definitely recommend it. I hope this review helps :)

The material quality feels good and the threads are precise. There were no issues fitting them with the devices I intended to use them with. My only criticism is that they unscrew easier than I'd like. Often the momentum from a small rotational movement combined with the mass of a small device (camera, microphone, LCD display) is enough to start them unscrewing.

I lost this little attachment to my tripod and this item fit it perfectly in order to attach my camera to the tripod. I was going to recycle the tripod, but at the last minute checked to see if there a replacement available thru Amazon. So glad I checked!

Broke when screwing it onto a tripod when I tightened it by hand. It's very under sized at the connection point between the 3/8" and the middle so it doesn't seem to be a manufacturing issue. Do not buy if you care about your equipment.

Gave platform more stability and ability to go up in size of platform.

Used to attach boom arm to my tripod. Works well so far.

Hago videos tutoriales de Piano en YouTube y decidí que necesitaba una toma cenital del instrumento. Ya había comprado un soporte de micrófono tipo Boom pero no tenia como sujetar la cámara en el extremo. Mirando en internet vi un soporte para el teléfono que me serviría pero costaba casi 1,200 pesos. Seguí investigando hasta que encontré estas piezas que me resolvieron el problema. Por debajo tienen roscas hembras y por arriba son tornillos machos. Con la que tiene hembra 3/8 por debajo y macho 1/4 pude sujetar la cámara al soporte y resuelto el problema. La otra pieza es hembra 1/4 por debajo y macho 3/8 arriba.

Muy buen producto y entrega a tiempo.

Los compré meramente para usar un monopié como extensor para un gimball de teléfono, necesita uno de estos como adaptador y me funcionó totalmente.
