I use sixteen ounces of water instead of the recommended eight ounces. It seems to help the creatine dissolve more completely. However, it weakens the flavor quite a bit. The best balance seems to be at around ten ounces of water.It has a nice flavor and does exactly what creatine should do. I have started recommending this over the previous brand I used.

This creatine/post workout was the highest rated on labdoor.com and half the price of it's competitors. Was surprised by the flavor and how well it mixed. Would highly recommend to anyone.
