Only a Phillips screwdriver required for installation.
The ez cord is easy to install but did not come with instructions. The box that it was sent in was very sturdy but not from this product. Still giving 5 stars because the box protected the cord during shipment. I looked up the installation instructions online.

High quality power cord with the Insinkerator specific plug end.
I thought my 20 yr old Insinkerator garbage disposal had finally died, but it came back to life. I didn't realize running hot water through it was a no-no. Once it cooled down and I reset the breaker, it resumed working. When it finally gets changed out, I will want to replace the power cord. This power cord/adaptor looks like what will be needed when I finally swap out the unit.Looks like a high quality cord.

Item arrived quickly and adequately packaged. It is as described and easy to install. It is a nice Guage that allows free movement while still feeling sturdy. Would purchase again

Compatible cord fits great
Companies are always trying to figure out how to make a buck off of you. Insinkerator does this by making you buy a custom "EZ-Connect" plug instead of just using wire nuts like every other disposal manufacturer.Luckily I can get a compatible plug cheaper on Amazon! This plug works great and comes with 2 screws to boot.

Great quality cord that just as the name says is easy to connect. Better than trying to hardwire in.
