Sons love them - great for what they are - a step up from your old little plastic figures
My son instantly liked setting the Native American Indian village up - it's a very cool mixture of a teepee, a totem pole, a fish bake w/ fire, and figures. I see some complaints here about the painting - the kids don't notice. Inexpensive gift for a child with a creative mind - that's buildable with other figures sets. I'd recommend if your child likes to play and use their imagination a bit.

Better quality than expected for the price
You only get a few indians with this so I bought a second bag of Indians and cowboys to go with it and my little boy hasn't stopped playing with them. Perfect gift especially if you're on a budget. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!
