I do not get the negative reviews. This is an outstanding product. It did exactly what it is intended to do. Removed very heavy tarnish from my stainless grill effortlessly. Do not try to use it on an oily/greasy surface, that is not what it is for. It is not abrasive, just a clear liquid. I applied it with paper towels and the tarnish disappeared right before my eyes! Pictures show treated versus untreated areas.

I bought this to clean the interior of my Magma grill, after a summer of use. The interior was caked with grease and whatever gets on the inside of the grill. I followed the directions exactly, and it just didn't work to clean the interior. Unfortunately, this is expensive and just not worth it.I ended up using very hot water and Dawn detergent, and it didn't get everything clean but it made good progress.
