Once I realized that a picture of the instructions was included with the product on the same page beside the advertised item, I put it together in no time flat! It is the perfect solution to my additional closet space problem. The fact that you can set it up at the highest position advertised, it provides space underneath for storing smaller things. Excellent item for what it is advertised for. Its weighted so it will not tumble over even with a lot hung on it!

Sleek and durable. Just what I needed. Put together pretty fast. The direction a did not come in the box but the seller emailed them to me before I received the item. No complaints.

Docked one star because the upper extensions do rattle around a bit in the lower poles. I fixed them with a couple toothpick shims. Other than that the rack is sturdy, streamlined and functional for my needs.

This initially would have been an 0 star review but the product works and their customer service saved the day. I ordered the stand to hold grocery bags at a tradeshow event so I had the product shipped straight to the show floor. I was on site the day before the event which is when I opened the box and noticed there were no screws or pieces to put the parts together nor where there any instructions. I found a customer service email address online and urgently messaged them I was missing the screws. Within an hour I had a response asking for my address and that they would overnight ship them to my location. By 10:30am the next day I received the screws neatly packaged and an email of the instructions. The product took 2 minutes to assemble and looked great. I am super thankful to Traonna who quickly made this right and made sure I had the pieces to display our bags at our event.

Sturdy and attractive in a minimalistic way. Also satisfyingly easy to put together. I'm very happy with the weight and quality of this rack. Would totally recommend.

This product did not work for me. It could have been missing pieces but the arms were not usable. I returned for a credit

Easy to assemble once you look up the unit online. It looks nice, but there were no instructions in the box

The base of the stand was damaged, and unfortunately we need to use for a training event. Because we can't get another one in time, and have no other option, we had to try and bend it to be more flat and cover up the damage with a black marker.
