Could be an anecdotal case for me, but it completely regulated my cycles for the first time in my life. Online it says maca root works in three months not these they work in a couple of weeks. I was dry now I'm super soaking. I get the feeling to go more rounds and the ability to explode each time unlike before when I couldn't. I'm 38 and I' was experiencing aging early downtown. Please buy these notice the dose is. Higher than the others on Amazon. You won't be disappointed. My chest is a cup size bigger too. I love these
