This ring is great. It seems accurate. In fact, last night I was feeling like my heart was racing and I was very anxious (happens once in a while) and shortly after I got a notification in my app indicating a "high stress level" and fast heart rate. It was spot on. The sleep monitoring is great as well. When I've had a good night or bad night sleep, the way I feel and the app are consistent. The battery life is very good, and the ring charges super quick in the case. The ring is comfortable to wear and is very smooth. I initially ordered a bigger size, according to the measurements I took (I did not use the sizing ring) and had to order one a size down. Overall, love this ring!

I purchased the ringconn gen 2 so I can have a better look at my health metrics, I also use an apple watch but it dies after 8-10 hours. Before purchasing the ring I wore the size 10 and 11 size rings to see what size to get. The finger I’m using is a bit bigger than 10.5 which made the 10 feel tight and the 11 feel loose. If you have the same issue I recommend going with the smaller size so it fits better. When my hand is a little swollen I just use soap and it slides right off. The actual ring feels a lot better on the finger than the sizing rings do but my finger did feel a little sore for the first few days as I don’t ever wear rings. The app is pretty simplistic but I’m not looking for a ton of bells and whistles so it works well for me. My biggest problem with it is that you can’t connect the ring to any other apps except the ringconn app. It does link to apple health but you need to have the ringconn app to be open so it will send the info over. Apple health will add your readings but Apple fitness will not so if your hoping to close your rings with this your out of luck but as far as I know only the Apple Watch works with fitness. It’s too soon to say how well the ring will hold up and perform but I work in HVAC so it will definitely be put through the ringer. The ring is blue in the picture because I added a silicone case to protect it better. I will update if I have anything else to add

I love that this device can monitor my vitals and sync to my phone without needing to pay for a monthly subscription. I ordered the black ring, and I have to say that it’s very sleek and I’ve gotten a couple compliments about it from my friends. I’ve never had any issues with the connection either.I’m comfortable with wearing this while washing my hands or doing any other kind of light water-related activity, but I personally wouldn’t wear it in the pool or anything like that.

Make sure you buy the sizing kit and wear it for a few days first, AT LEAST a full 24 hours. I thought I would need a size 12 but when I wore it for a bit it became very loose, I switched to an 11 and it still fits great!I have been wearing my RingConn for nearly a month now and I love it. I chose RingConn over other options for a few reasons, mostly the looks, weight, and lack of a monthly subscription. Prior to using the RingConn, I wore an apple watch. My problem with the watch was that I was constantly using it like a phone, looking at the screen, responding to texts, it didn't seem like a health wearable as much as a mini phone on my wrist.the sleep tracking is very accurate, it even catches me napping.. no more "just resting my eyes" hahahaI purchased some covers to protect it when I am working with my hands, though I have forgotten to put them on a few times and my ring still looks like it did the day I bought it.Battery life is as promised and it charges quick, I typically take it off when I am gardening or cleaning my house and put it on the charger, it is done before I finish what I am doing. Very little lost data due to charging!My only negative would be the activity tracking. It does not have as many workout options (only running walking and cycling) I play tennis and other sports often and would love better data for those, maybe in a future update!? (RingConn if you're reading this please!!!)The finish is very shiny; I would love to see future models with a brushed finish as well!

I’ve been trying to investigate smart rings for a while because l dislike wearing my Fitbit watch, especially when sleeping. The data collected between the two is close enough so I don’t know which one is more accurate. I purchased the sizing kit ahead of time and decided on the size 10 for my index finger, which I don’t think I have very large fingers, but when I received the ring, it seemed a little bit looser than the one from the sizing kit. I compared both and they seem to be exactly the same size so I don’t know where the problem is, but it doesn’t slide off so I am comfortable with the fit now.I’m on my fifth day and it still has half of its battery life. It was very easy to start up and the app gives me pretty much what the Fitbit did except I can’t go in and log my water, nutrition or glucose all in the same place.It does include sleep apnea data, which I don’t think I have it, but so far only one day showed up as a mild issue.Overall, I am very pleased with the ring and glad I made the purchase. I did splurge and go with the rose gold because the gold and silver seemed way too shiny. I wish there was a little design or detail to the ring or maybe a frosted finish. But this ring, I’m sure, will last long enough where I won’t be needing to purchase another.

It has been a month with my Ring Conn ring and I am IN LOVE. Let me tell you, a couple of weeks ago, I was diagnosed with early onset of pneumonia. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have noticed anything if I didn't get those alerts that I had not been as active as the week before, and my O2 Sat was lower than usual. My doctor said that noticing I wasn't feeling 100% along with the stats it gave, I would have gotten a lot sicker if I had not went in to see them because of the alerts I was receiving from my ring. Also, the ring is SUPER comfortable. I am usually a size 7 on my middle finger, but ordered a size 9. It fits perfectly. I love the sleep tracking and all of the health tracking it does. Also, it is super cute! I get compliments on it all the time where people think it is just a cigar ring! I love, love, love it!
