This product is wonderful. It does an amazing job on my teeth. The company is so nice to stay in touch. I would recommend this product and the price is right.

The product simply doesn't work anymore. Only used quality bottle water with it. It is only warranted for 30 days, it lasted 51. I do believe the credit card that was used has fraud protection as a last resort.

I have tried the suggestion, replacing the Mornwell is what I would like. It is still not functioning, I understand you are thinking a better design for this? will you be replacing my unit?

Easy to follow instructions, easy setup, cleans very well. Just be careful, it can be messy if you don’t lean into the sink.

So far I am loving this Electric water dental flosser! So much easier than flossing and clearly much more efficient. I wish I thought of this a long time ago.It comes with the main unit, 3 standard nozzle (6 replacement nozzles total) a tongue scraper, a pocket tip, an orthodontic tip and s lighted mouth mirror. This is worth every penny. Also comes with a 18 month warranty so you have nothing to lose!!The flexible hose is really great. It takes no effort to get everything back into place. Another great feature is the handle is magnetic and easily goes right back into its spot. I like the large size water tank yet it is not bulky and dosnt take up too much room on the back of the sink. Another added bonus is the hidden storage compartment in the lid to store tips.I love the adjustable water pressure. This is very important with more than one person using it. There is also a smart on/off button water flow control on the handle which makes it so easy. I appreciate the 2 minute auto timer with a 30 sec pulse.My mouth feels amazing and cleaner than ever! I highly recommend this water flosser

This water pic was amazing.Setup is easy and includes multiple tips. Resivoir holds 600ml of water and pressure is high enough to match the other brand in the folder. Sound is similar and the design is similar. Fairywill has a smaller footprint and takes up less space on the counter.Everything else is the same down to the handheld devices with on off for the water pause. The tips are detached with a lever on the handle. The hose is the same material.
