I could sleep in this chair - it's very comfortable. The lumbar support supports my back when I'm gaming so it doesnt ache the next day.Customer support was also quick and helpful, despite the issue being caused by me. Support sent a new piece by delivery no questions asked =D

Relatively easy to put together, but best to have a mate on hand to hold things!Very adjustable and comfortable.Update, the manufacturer/supplier has rectified an issue I raised with them. Good service.

This product is well made and easy to put together which is fortunate as it came with no instructions. I have had the B8 model and it is far more comfortable for me than this one, the issue is the lumbar support is to pronounced and you can’t get it back enough. Might be good for some people, just not me.

Had to return due to 8 missing screws. Contacted manufacturer who said they would send missing screws but didn’t. After a week of chasing I was told that the screws were out of stock and to purchase them myself! I could not find the screws needed off the shelf so had to return chair. Not what I expect for price of chair.

After suffering a health event, I was in need of improving my homeworking comfort, so decided to upgrade my office chair for something with full back support. The design of the Flexispot looks quite appealing to the eye and seems to come with a lot of possible adjustments. Assembly was ok, I had to use an online video to identify some of the screw holes for the placement of the underseat section, but achieved ok.I tried to use the chair for about a week, but found the adjustable lumbar support just caused me back pain -despite trying all options for adjustment and positioning it just feels like a big lump pushing into my lower back. I can only suggest it is a design fault.Extremely disappointing and had to go through the hassle of dismantling and returning to Amazon. The latter taking about three attempts before someone turned up as scheduled. If there's a lesson, it is that ultimately you need to try chairs out in the real world to judge if they are comfortable. Not a great experience.

Lower back support just slips down it wont stay up once raised. Being very tall this basically ruins the chair for me. Cheap rubbish - dont buy

Good quality, well worth the money, much better than my previous one, support my waist and neck, much comfortable while working.
