I wanted the ability to cook a pizza from scratch in my Emeril Lagasse 360 Air Fryer. This was the trick! Key tip is to let it preheat for AN HOUR! Otherwise you have a hard time getting the temp you need for pizza without a brick oven. It does let off a chemical-ly type smell at first, not a big deterrent.

It firs perfectly on the bottom of my Ninja Combi so it can be preheat thoroughly and quickly. The cauliflower pizza comes out perfect with crispy crust and nicely brown top. Otherwise, what the point of using Turbo/Toaster oven if it takes more than half an hour to heat up the stone as in regular wall oven and uses more energy. The cleaning is still not as easy as non-stick material.

I'm happy with this product. I made my first pizza and it came out awesome. Make sure you heat the stone for at least 25 minutes. Also, don't use soap for cleaning, just water and a scouring pad, if necessary. The thinkness is perfect and it fits great in my air fryer.

Wasn't sure how this would go but have made fantastic pita bread with it at 500 degrees F

This pizza of stone stains very easily and it seems a little bit on the smaller side even though it is almost exact to the measurements so just make sure you measure before you purchase.

This makes everything stick. It also has an odd smell when baking. I have 3 stones from pampered chef and choose this one to fit my new oven it’s not the same as pampered chef stone.

Great for bread baking. I like built in handles.
