The tablet is GREAT for my use. The color/clarity of the screen is outstanding! I don't use it daily, but the charge lasts for a few days between uses. It re-charges fairly quick. It is a nice weight which helps when using it in a reclined position, especially if one has joint pain issues. It is easy to use and set up. I haven't used the mouse or keyboard yet, but feel they will function as well as the tablet does.Considering the quality/durability of the tablet, the accessories that come with the it and the two year warranty, the price is a wonderful bargain.It was delivered quickly and safely packaged for shipping.

I love it. It does everything I need to. And I love the case and keyboard. I'm greatful for this tablet I'm able to do my books and school and not have to worry! I 100% recommend it. I believe everyone should have one

Came with a battery that could only last 2.5 hours. Very flimsy. I returned it and within a few days I was contacted by Fezawio customer rep Lucy. She told they aware of the problem and were investigating the cause. She also made a outstanding offer to make me happy. I have received a new F11 with a life time warranty. This is the best Customer support I have every received for a defective product.

**Edit**Lucy in Customer Service responded really quickly and offered an immediate replacement and was sensitive and kind. They felt I'd just been sent a rare, bad unit and were willing to make good to prove that their product was as good as the majority of other reviews indicate. I'm upping this review to 4 stars simply for that fact. Unfortunately, I've already purchased another and had already started my return. Them sending me something new feels wrong. They also offered to help in the future. They stand behind their product and are willing to fix issues quickly. More likely, I think my tablet was a fluke. If you have problems, contact customer service.Runs super hot. Battery lasts 2 1/2 hours, at most, when just surfing. Lost a full charge in ~18 hours when on a day it wasn't in use. Takes 3-4 hours to charge. Also gets hot as charges. Picture quality okay. Not HD level but fine. Touchscreen lag. Had problems playing games because of that. Also came with these things that look like watermarks on the screen. (See pic) I didn't expect something amazing but did think something basic would be fine for what I'm using. I didn't try the accessories. Am returning. I've had it a week, trying to make it work...or make myself accept something crappy, I realized. It's unfortunate. It seemed like a good buy for the first few hours.

This is a great tablet. It was easy to set up from my previous one, and sync with my phone. I love that it came with a keyboard and mouse. Great product and value!

I bought this for my sons birthday. He loves it. It runs all of the apps without lagging, the accessories are good quality and tablet retains a charge for a long time. Very impressed !

This has been a great device for our teen! I love the features connected with parental controls. The battery life is good and I love that it came with a case and a protectant screen too. It’s a good size for games as well.

This company is easy to work with. The mouse came broken but they are offering a $50.00 return for it. I will give it a 4 star till I receive the refund. Then it will get 5 stars. The tablet was easy to set up. I would highly recommend purchasing.
