I have been lifting weights for 25 years and for almost as long have suffered from occacisionally painful callus.The product arrived in quality packaging.At first I was skeptical and even nervous about shaving the top layer of callus. However, the blade works wonders and only peels a thin layer. After peeling of callus from my palms the skin looked like it had been hit my small meteriotes, leaving behind a shiny ditch. These healed within 2 days. There was no pain involved in the process. Today when I went again to the gym my ex-callus caused no pain.I wait a week and then I remove the next layer if necessary.I suggest that you first wash your hands and maybe even sterilize them so that if you would accidentally shave too much you would not get an infection. Don'press too hard and perhaps just remove a small piece of callus at first, and you will become comfortable with the product as you notice that there is no harm done. Remember to moisturise your hands after you have removed the callus.Highly recommended.

Product works as described. I’m a climber, mountain biker, and go to the gym a couple times a week so I’ve got huge corns/calluses on my palms. Have had them for years and would just pick and peel at them. Never got them taken care of until recently, as my hands have started to hurt pretty bad during climbs. Got this in the mail and shaved down my calluses flush with my hand. Took a couple minutes to get used to using the tool, but became second nature afterwards. Product probably comes from China but doesn’t feel built like it. Quality stuff, 5 stars

It can remove calluses quite well but you are going to have to use different movements depending on what part of the hand. Calluses on the palm can simply be swiped away. To remove calluses on the fingers, I find pulling the the shaver perpendicularly to finger and then pulling towards the top of the finger in one motion works best. It cannot, however, get in-between the fingers. For those calluses, I would recommend that you soak your hands in warm water and then grind it away with a pumice stone or file.

I do crossfit and bought this to shave down my calluses to avoid them getting too thick and ripping. Very easy to use, however it was a little tricky to figure out how to place the blade in. I use after I get out of the shower and the top layers of my calluses shave off so easily.

If you haven’t been able to get pedicures as much as you like lately due to what all’s going on, this is the tool for you! I haven’t had a pedicure in almost two years, but you wouldn’t know it now! It took less than five minutes to get rid of the two callouses that those poor ladies have to spend forever on during my pedicures.This is the nicest, heaviest best looking version of this tool I have ever bought. I liked the fact that it came in such a nice looking box, and the amount of extra razor blades.The price was equal to or less than what I’ve always paid for one of these, so I was surprised at the quality of everything. All in all, I highly recommend this to everyone who needs this, either for themselves or to use on others.

This is fun to use but I very quickly over-shaved the calluses on my hands and caused the injury I was trying to avoid. I've moved onto a pumice stone for my weightlifting hand calluses.Update:The seller/manufacturer was cool though and msged me to give a refund. So feel confident in trying the item at least. They didn't ask me to update it, but it seemed reasonable to do so given the refund half a year later.

This product is solid. I wasn't expecting 'quality' with the amount I paid for this, but boy was I wrong. The handle is sturdy and the box came with 10 additional blades. It's probably best to change them with each use, but you can get away with using the blade more than once. Happy overall with this product, recommending to family members. Definitely have to take some precaution as the blade is vey sharp. I powerlift and my hands were tearing quite a bit due to calus overgrowth. This tool is a game changer. I've used exfoliating rocks, home remedies etc... and nothings really helped. Sometimes you need an actual blade, this left my skin feeling brand new again.

Verdict: On crutches 24/7 and this has worked great on my hands and feet.
