Although I didn’t find that many feedbacks on the product I have decided to try it as it’s a relatively new product and I have tried a few others before. My menopausal symptoms are at pick level for the past 2 years and I have tried 4 different herbal supplements till I found this one. I m a sales manager and used to get hot flashes suddenly during my shifts. I can’t evrn express how bad it is when it happens, thanks to “hot flashes” the frequencies went down dramatically to almost none. My night sweats and dryness also gone almost completely. Normally it takes a while for herbal supplements to start working but here I could feel the difference after ten days only. I will definitely order my second bottle. For me it is a 5 stars product!

I just ordered my fourth bottle because this supplement works great for me. After taking these pills for a couple of weeks, gradually almost without noticing, the menopausal symptoms faded away. No more hot flashes, I’m in better moods, and I get a great night sleep. I have a totally different mood during the day after sleeping so deep at night compared to before I started using these pills. The funny story is that after the second month, I felt so great so I stopped taking the pills. Very quickly after stopping, the hot flashes came back. So I went back to my 2 capsules daily. I will not repeat that mistake again! Overall it’s a great supplement that has changed my life and most importantly, it’s all natural with no side effects.

This stuff does not work at all. I was taking Estroven Sleep Cool for my hot flashes and night sweats and had a vast improvement in the number and intensity of my hot flashes. I wanted to try a different formula with more homeopathic ingredients so I ordered this brand. Within the first few days my hot flashes returned with a vengeance. Even in below freezing temperatures, I was burning up like the Human Torch and waking up at night drenched in sweat. Went back to Estroven and my symptoms immediately deceased.I did some reading and the dosage of Black Cohosh is too high (40 mg is sufficient!) and can cause all sorts of negative side effects. My stomach became super bloated. I looked like I had a massive food baby, and my jeans no longer fit comfortably. I couldn't figure out why, since I eat low carb and no sugar. I literally gained five pounds within seven days of use. A week after discontinuing these pills, things are getting back to normal. Ladies, the last thing we want during menopause is something that causes even more weight gain.In short...don't waste your money.

So, I was even more surprised that in 3 days after I started take this capsules, first time I slept well, without removing blanket/put blanket back all night.I just regret that I didn’t start looking for some menopause medication before. I have only been having hot flashes for about a month and they seem excessive so I quickly looked for some type of supplement to calm the heat rush and night sweats. I've been taking this product now for 2 weeks and this is the first product I'm taking so I have anything to compare to, but I'm seeing a major reduction in the amount of hot flashes and hope to see further improvement to the point where I'm comfortable giving this product a 5 star rating. Up to this point I'm very pleased with the results.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this product but when hell has taken residence inside your body...you’ll try just about anything. That’s how I ended up purchasing this product and it is doing very well for me. So much so I was reluctant to write this review because I didn’t want to jinx it (knocking on wood). I’m about to order my second bottle but I plan on going a few days without taking anything just to see what happens. I was on FIYA before and now I’m not. I couldn’t blink too hard without bringing on a flash. All I can say is, I took a chance on this and it worked out well for me. I’m still praying that someone would come up with a better way to deal with or prevent them altogether as I hate taking pills. All the best to all who are suffering from hot flashes. It’s no joke! I gave 4 Stars because I’m really not a fan of the capsules...they’re not the easiest to go down & always feel like they’re stuck in my throat. All pills made this way is the same for me.

this is a great product. it definitely helps lessen the intensity and number of hot flashes i have. i would recommend trying it. you do have to take it for at least a few weeks to feel the results.

I have been literally suffering from menopause for about 3 years. What a life altering change that only a person who has gone through this can understand . After just one dose , the symptoms started to subside,after a few days I had to stop myself and realized I was sleeping through the night. I would highly recommend this product to anyone .
