I am using this robot for a month, and I am absolutely satisfied with it.It does a very good job at cleaning the carpets (I have a cat, shorthair) and always amazed at how much it pulls out and dumps into the bin. It does not do the shag area rug but if that’s all I need to do, I can live with that. It is not an aggressive mopper. Anything in the grout of especially sticky/tough areas should be done with an alternate tool. That said, it does a great job of picking up dust and sand during the scheduled routine cleanings.The app is great and once it runs the first time and maps the living space(s), you can edit the map to create rooms and no-go zones. The room creation feature allows you to just have the robot clean one room instead of the whole house. This is useful for spot cleans of the kitchen or office.Very thorough and very powerful. When it is done cleaning, the floor looks cleaned like I ran the big heavy vacuum. A huge improvement over the prior cleaner bot (basic Roomba). This has collision bumpers but does not rely on the for navigation. It is driven by LIDAR so there is no smacking into walls or cabinets.Possibly the best robot available for regular floor cleaning maintenance.No regrets with this purchase.

Been waiting and following for years til the product line was mature enough to not waste money on a unit that didn't have everything one of these units should have. Plus the technology to support those functions, sensitivity, movement, size and ease of use.If you have long hair or pets this is the unit for you since regardless of what company you buy from your have to do maintenance on the unit to clean it and untangle some long hair. With this unit making it so easy and it requires no tools. You can pull the roller out and then pop off the roller holders and just slide the hair off. Takes a whole 5 minutes with little to no cutting hair away.The suction, spin rate, corner cleaning, adjustable water levels for light to heavy mopping does the job for a very large family with very heavy traffic.If your a first time buyer, wait for the E20 Plus to go on sale.
