I love this 35 lb plate its nice and big you'll find many uses, i use as extended arms driver excercises for shoulders, also swing bove your head or as halo excercises, many uses love using it as extended arm presses while i do situps also love to do squats with overhead static presses or squat thrusters, YES many uses for it and it's a solid feel in the hands, just lovely 😍

Nice finish, easy to handle. For the plates I received, hole diameter is as stated, but provides zero tolerance for even a marginally thicker bar. Diameter of plate is greater than other 5lb plates I have, so if plate diameter is significant to you, you may want to double check if diameter is what you want.
