I started taking this brand of L-Theanine in the morning. I was taking Effexor and Wellbutrin for a minute and I could feel the difference in my brain chemistry when I took them and when I didn’t take them. My shrink and I tried one concoction after the other and finally, the Effexor and Wellbutrin were the key. My shrink asked if I had ever heard of L-Theanine. I did, but I paid it no mind. They sell so much phony crap online it makes you want to hunt the sellers down and give them a Turkish Foot Beating.You all remember Midnight Express? RIFKEE!!! RIFKEE!!! LOL. My doc said add those to your regimen. I begin taking this brand and it works better the meds. I take one in the morning and one before I crash. It says one a day but that was not getting it. I use to wake up feeling so bad. Depression is a terrible thing. It is like you are a prisoner of your own mind and sometimes you feel like even death would be better than feeling like this.I had to come to the conclusion and then the realization that I am a soul and this mind and body does what I tell them to do. I begin professing that daily. Sending thse positive words into the Universe has brought me peace. Your words are powerful so speak positively and watch what comes out of your mouth. I spoke on how well L-Theanine word work and it has played a big part in me feeling like myself again. L-Theanine has been a blessing to me. I pray it works for you all. This stuff is an amazing blessing. Oh! Remember this. Faith does not belong to any exclusive religion. It is a universal principle and it works all you have to do is kill all doubt and believe.

I waited somewhat before writing my review, to give me enough time to see any benefits from this supplement, and if it would continue to work every time I took it , and now I can give my review.First, the supplements arrived on time in perfect condition, exactly as showcased, also not expired.The capsules are not too big, nor too small, they are what I would consider the appropriate size for a capsule. The capsule has a smooth surface finish which allows me to be able to swallow it without needing assistance of a liquid to aid in swallowing it, but of course I take water with it or whatever liquid on hand, because it states to do so in the directions.As for have they worked for me, I would have to say yes, these L-theanine/Gaba supplements have worked well for me. I tend to be stressed out often, and the previous L-theanine I use to take no longer worked for me anymore, which is why I looked around comparing, and found this one to try out, which this one seemed like it would deliver what I needed it too with both the L-theanine and Gaba addition.Not only is it easy to take, it works for me with relieving stress and calming my mind down, that's where my stress is all from, my mind racing over every thing & of course actual daily stuff. I feel calmer when I take these, and they have also assisted me with winding down in the evenings to get ready for bed, which due to stress/racing mind, doing so was also hard to do too, and I don't wake up badly, but feel good upon doing so. These helped me a lot with that.Now I can get to a relax state whenever I need too whether during the day, or before bedtime with these capsules. Will continue to take them, as they have been very useful for me.

This product was recommended by my surgeon and bring in the medical field I know they don’t generally recommend supplements; so I took this to mean he knew from experience the benefits of this supplement. I researched many products and felt the liposomal delivery was an added benefit so I chose this one. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t admit I have been more calm (my blood pressure is staying down) and my mental focus is more clear. I’m not feeling like I’m forgetting the small things as much; like constantly misplacing my phone and being able to complete tasks to the finish before starting another. My sleep cycles are getting better as well, feel more rested while awake. I work nights from 7pm to 7am so my sleep patterns were way off and I felt in a daze much of the time; not the best combination for someone in their 60’s. I’ve combined this product with Cymbiotika liposomal L-theonate as the doctor suggested and things are picking up for me. I do recommend this product. Easy to take (I was taking sunflower lethicin prior; this has some, and they are much bigger) so I like that this product has that too. The value was good I feel for the price, I’ve subscribed to delivery as I’m going to continue the regimen.

The pill can be hard to swallow, make sure to drink a lot of water with it so it doesn't get stuck in your throat. I feel calm almost instantly and sleep through out the night without waking up. The next day I have energy and feel happier. Unlike other supplements such as Ashwanganda, that make me feel groggy and sleepy the next day. To make sure it actually works, a few nights I did not take the supplement. And the next day I felt tired and had low energy. So yes it works really well. I'm happy that I felt the results right away. It was an instant change. I highly recommend this supplement if you have anxiety, depression, stress, and or struggle to sleep.
