We finally used the hot dog roller and it worked great. Given what rental places are charging and the time it takes to get there, this modest price is well worth it to us.

Love the machine, it’s great, but the door is cracked and broken, how can I get a new door without returning the machine?

First we thought the machine was assembled but when we opened the package it was not, however it looks too be a well put together item, really have no complaints never got a chance to use it returned it. Other than no instructions nor hardware which made it difficult I’m assuming it would have been a success but turned out to be a bummer because of those quirks very disappointed would have given 5 star but couldn’t give a good full presentation. But from the weight and appearance it looks to be a pretty good product I would recommend this product. Will reorder.

Equipment arrived with shattered corner impeding grill to be removed and exposing electrical wires. Option for item to be replaced was not provided but a refund subject to evaluation that can take 30 days. When I go to purchase a new one, now all of a sudden, nothing can be shipped to the address. Equipment looks to be of get quality, unfortunately it’s of no use now.

It really is quite huge and a bit awkward to take out ,but does a good job. It’s a bit hard to clean as well, since you can’t use a scouring pad on it. Would I purchase another? Likely not.

Have not tried it yet but the front glass had a little crack and 3 little screws were missing. Contacted the seller by email and they responded almost immediately stating that they are sending the parts needed but that it may take a while to receive as they come from overseas.We did turn it on for a bit and it did work. We can still use it with the cracked flap because it's just the front flap.We will be trying it soon. As of now we are pretty happy with it.
