Not very flexible
My husband bought these because he wanted plastic silverware like you get with takeout, specifically the fork that bends and doesn't snap off when you use it. These are not what he wanted. They are fine for disposable silverware. But they don't bend a lot. They snap.

Durable spoons
I got tired of washing spoons. I’m a single bachelor and I only use spoons and eat processed foods. I get multiple uses and they are made from corn so I can reduce my microplastic intake at least.
