Lovely works of art
The blooming teas are decidedly artful and wonderful to watch bloom. However, they have NO flavor!

Was not sure what to expect but pleasantly surprised.
Very nice aroma. Very gentle taste. I put in less than usual for the first few to make sure it wouldn't be too strong. I was afraid the flavors would over power. The display was great. It looked great in our clear class pot. Very fun.

Standard blooming tea
These are good, but like most blooming tea they don't have a lot of flavor. They are pretty and do well with enough space to bloom, so as decor or conversation starters I love them.I use a huge teapot so they have a lot of vertical space to really bloom, which works well with these.

Flowers before flavor
Botanical Flowering Gourmet Tea is a delightful visual experience, but it comes with a few compromises. One of the most enjoyable aspects of this product is how beautiful the blooming tea flowers look when steeping. The hand-tied flowers slowly open up in the hot water, creating a stunning display that enhances the tea-drinking experience. However, I found that the taste of the tea itself is on the lighter side. While the visual appeal is undeniably impressive, those who enjoy a robust flavor may find it a bit too mild.At $10.44 for a pack of 12 unique blooming teas, the price feels quite reasonable. It’s not only an affordable option but also a thoughtful and elegant gift, especially for tea lovers. The fact that each tea bloom can be steeped multiple times (up to three steeps per flower) adds to the value, making it cost-effective for the amount of tea you get. Given the artistic presentation and the novelty factor, I’d say this product offers a good balance between price and quality. One tip I would offer is to use this tea set as a conversation starter when you have guests. The blooming flowers make for a wonderful display, and it can be a relaxing post-meal ritual. You could even repurpose the tea flowers as part of a table decoration after they’ve fully bloomed in water, adding an extra aesthetic touch to gatherings. On the downside, I did find that the tea takes quite some time to fully bloom. If you’re looking for a quick cup of tea, this isn’t the product for you. It can take several minutes for the flower to open completely, which may test your patience if you’re in a hurry. Additionally, as mentioned before, the flavor is quite subtle, so it may not satisfy those looking for a stronger tea experience. In conclusion, this product is perfect for gifting or for those who value aesthetics as much as taste. While the tea may not pack a punch in terms of flavor, it more than makes up for it with its visual charm and uniqueness. I enjoyed using it as a treat for special moments, but I wouldn’t rely on it as my everyday go-to tea. For its elegance and presentation, I’d give it 3 stars, but the slow blooming time and mild taste prevent it from being a full five-star product.

Pretty and great tasting. Sewn together to look like flowers
I’ve wanted to try making a flowering tea at home for so long. It has taken me a while to find a pretty borosilicate teapot. My expectations built up over time I guess. I wanted to have a nice experience and I wanted it to taste good too.So when I unwrapped the tiny ball of compressed tea, I was scared it would be a let down. I poured in the hot water and lo and behold, It flowered to over five times its size. The small, red flowers in the middle looked like raspberries. It definitely fulfilled my expectations. And the tea tasted good too. Similar to green tea. I am looking forward to making another batch.

Definitely not 250 cups, but it's neat.
These are a fun little product, especially if you have kids who like to experiment with visual and taste. I'm not much of a tea fan, and so far none of these flavors have changed that. But using a glass container for steeping, it's very fun to watch all of the botanicals "blooms" inside. The process is slow though, over 2-3 hours or so, and a lot of the botanicals float which kind of ruins the pretty. But overall, if you like blooming teas, you'll probably enjoy this can.

Very pretty flowers, but limited flavor
The flowers are very pretty when bloomed in a glass tea pot. You'll want one large enough to fully let the flowers bloom, and you'll also want to give it enough time to fully relax and become visible. For presentation, the second steeping tended to be better. However, the actual flavor of these teas is very mild and limited. If they had more flavor, I would have enjoyed them more.
