Quick and easy to use on my Go you can even keep one in your purse or wallet
Ask someone who needs electrolytes on a regular basis for multiple reasons these were quite handy to be able to keep in either a pocket wallet or bag to be used in a bit of water at a moment notice. In water alone the flavour wasn't that bad and it dissolved relatively quickly but I actually found that pouring them into a can of coke or a bottle of flavoured water was much more efficient.Oval nice taste worked quickly helped solve the issues I was taking it for I am happy with this product. The only issue I did have was the box they came in seemed overly large but thankfully it was recyclable.

Convenient and Effective Electrolyte Solution
I recently started using the Ultra Lyte Hydration Packets and have been quite satisfied with the results. These individual sachets are incredibly convenient for on-the-go use, whether I am heading to the gym or simply running errands. The liquid format mixes effortlessly with water, eliminating the need to wait for powders to dissolve. Each 5 ml sachet is packed with essential electrolytes like magnesium, sodium, and potassium, which are crucial for maintaining hydration and muscle function. Additionally, the product is sugar-free and contains zero calories, making it suitable for various diets such as keto, low-carb, vegan, and paleo. While the taste is quite salty, I found that adding a splash of lemon juice can help balance it out. This taste might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it reassures me of its potency and natural mineral content. The price of £11.99 for 12 sachets is a bit steep, but the convenience and effectiveness justify the cost for me. Overall, these hydration packets have proven to be a reliable and efficient way to replenish electrolytes, especially during intensive workouts or fasting periods.

If the salts don't make you sweat, the pricetag will
I was intrigued by these gel electrolyte sachets as my usual experience with electrolytes is gatorade, powerade, or some of the specialist products I would use when training for a marathon. They are usually made more palatable by combining them with a fruity (or just plain sugary) flavour. The UltraLyte electrolyte packets come in a gel form, which you really must dilute in water, lest you be overwhelmed by all the saltiness that comes from the Great Salt Lake (the product is made in Utah and the box vaunts of its GSL origins). Even once added to water, I found the salty flavour not very pleasant. It's not a gulp of ocean water, but it's a far cry from the pleasant taste of a sports drink. I read that I could mix with lemon juice, which admittedly did help, but if that's what you have to do to get it down, this product is far from becoming someone's electrolyte solution "on the go".Finally, if you can get over the taste (or who knows, maybe you even like it), you still have to do the simple comparative advantage to see that there is much of an advantage. At almost £11, the 12 packets come to almost a pound a piece. That may be cheaper than a bottle of powerade, but it's not cheaper than other powders, gels, and capsules you can buy on Amazon.

Salty
I typically use electrolyte tablets/powders when I am fasting or doing intensive sports to keep my body functioning normally. On paper, these sachets seem to be pretty good and are more convenient as you can carry these with you - they barely take up any room and it's quick to add to your water bottles. It does have quite a salty taste though - it is recommended that you dilute with 250ml for a strong taste or up to 1L for a lighter taste. Even then, I feel like I would have needed to mix it with significantly more water as I'm not a fan of the taste.Costs £10.49 for 12 Sachets - I don't think this is good value as you can easily find cheaper options that taste better and would give you much more for your money.

Easy to use when on the go or travelling
I took some of these away on holiday recently, and it was a holiday involving not enough rest, eating my own bodyweight in food and drinking copious amounts of wine & other drinks. After a good few days it was taking its toll, and I was feeling a tad ropey. These helped a lot, and made me feel better after taking them. Easy to use, just add to water and drink – no waiting for powder to dissolve. I would prefer it if they had some flavour, as they are verging on slightly unpleasant as they are a bit salty. Good to have for use when needed.

Handy Sachets for on the go
I use electrolytes daily as a requirement for the restrictive diet I'm on and it's really nice to find some that are sugar free and unflavoured. They contain a good concentration of electrolytes. The portioned sachets are very convenient and easy to take with me when I am out or away. It's easy to mix with water and has a bit of a salty taste which is expected but I tend to squeeze some lemon juice in mine to balance it out. They are a little pricey for me to have on a regular basis but for convenience they are spot on.

I just don't see why these are so expensive.
I work out daily and I also follow a low carb one meal a day regime in order to keep diabetes at bay. Ensuring you get sufficient electrolytes is very important and this listing gave me the chance to get some in stock.Of course, as with most supplements, it very difficult to judge their effectiveness unless you get the symptoms of whatever it is that you are trying to prevent and then it is obvious that the supplement is ineffectual. When mixed in water there was a pronounced flavour of table salt dissolved in water.I can't be sure if these are more beneficial than my normal electrolyte capsules but I can be sure that they come at an exorbitant price. My usual cost £12 for 120 days, these cost £11.99 for just 12 days. That makes my usual a tenth of the cost. I will be continuing with my usuals, which are listed as containing a very similar formulation to these but without the nasty taste and the equally nasty price tag.
